Will you buy my RV if I owe more to the bank than you are willing to pay?
If the amount owed on your RV is more than the amount we offer to purchase, we can still make the transaction possible. You will need to provide a cashier’s check made out to us for the difference, and we will wire the complete payoff to your bank. This way, you can still sell your RV to us and have a smooth and hassle-free experience.
I have a service contract that still has time on it. What are my options?
To obtain a refund for your service contract, please reach out to the dealer from whom you purchased it and inquire about their refund policy, which will be determined based on the remaining time on the contract.
I live far away from you. How will you pick up my RV?
Depending on your location, we offer multiple options for dropping off your RV. If you are near one of our partner dealers, you may be able to drop it off there. Alternatively, we can fly out to the nearest airport and arrange for transportation to your location, or drive a vehicle out to you and tow your RV back. If you prefer, you can also deliver your RV directly to one of our drop-off locations and receive extra payment based on the distance traveled.
What paperwork is needed to complete the sale?
We’ll handle all the necessary paperwork, and you’ll receive a complete set of copies for your records. To complete the transaction, we’ll need a copy of your driver’s license and your spouse’s driver’s license if applicable. If there’s a lien on your RV title, we’ll also need your loan information.
My title is in my spouse's name and mine. My spouse has passed away. What will you need?
You will just have to provide us with a copy of the death certificate.
My RV is titled in a Limited Liability Corporation. What will you need?
To sell your RV titled in an LLC or company name, we require a copy of your articles of organization to verify your signing authority for that entity, along with a copy of your driver’s license.
My title is in a trust. What will you need?
To complete the transaction, we will require a copy of the trust documents showing you as the trustee, as well as a copy of your driver’s license.
What if my RV has a broken windshield or other damage?
If your RV has damage, please inform us and we can adjust our offer accordingly. Alternatively, you may file a claim with your insurance company and have them handle the repairs. If you prefer, we can take care of most repairs ourselves and communicate with your insurance company directly. To avoid any surprises in the quoted price, please disclose any damage to your RV upfront.
We love the couch (or recliner, TV, etc.) in our RV and would like to remove it before the sale. Is that OK?
While we prefer all original equipment to stay with the RV, if you would like to remove something, please inform us, and we will adjust the price accordingly.
